I wish to commend Mr. Bentley on the great service he gave us on the lease of our new Taurus. Working with Rob has always been a pleasant experience and that is why I continue to buy from Zimmerman Ford. He goes out of his way to make the customer happy. He should be commended for his good deeds and Zimmerman Ford should be proud to have an employee like him. A very satisfied customer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was on a business trip and experienced problems with vehicle. Zimmerman Ford was the closest dealership. Excellent staff, treated me with respect and fixed problem very quickly. Great turnaround and made it back to meetings on time.

Words cannot begin to convey the positive experience we had with Zimmerman Ford and especially Mr. Dunn. We found ourselves in a bad car situation and James came up with a creative solution to get us into a beautiful Escape with a payment we could afford.
